Welcome to the 10th annual Ennis Street Festival. A fantastic weekend where the streets of Ennis come alive with Fun, Art, Culture, Heritage & Festivities. Plenty of entertainment featuring local, national and international acts and performances. The festival will run on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of July, and there will also be a variety of exciting workshops for kids an adults running from 2nd to 5th of July in association with glór. Every year this arts festival brings all the local community out onto the streets of our town together to celebrate the many cultures and artistic ways that make Ennis such a special place with an exciting, exhilarating and colorful mix of Street Entertainment, Circus, Theatre, Poetry, Comedy, Music Events, Dance, Visual Arts, Street Art, the local Art & Craft Market and the Duck Race, put together by both national and international artists and local community groups.

During the day it’s a fantastic chance for whole families to join us for three amazing days of fun, art, culture, heritage and festivities. At the night time we host the ‘Ennis Sounds Good’ Music Event with around 36 gigs in 15 different venues around Ennis.

The Theme of this year’s festival is ‘Celtic Connections’. From earliest times, Ireland has been influenced by the influx of Celtic Tribes, which have formed an evolution of the elements of Irish Culture and art forms throughout its history. The Celtic tradition has always had a direct influence on the Ennis Street Festival. Over the last 10 years we have created connections with a variety of local community groups, national and international artists, who celebrate a Celtic Tribal Influence. As result this year, we are celebrating this harmonious coexistence and the beginning of a transition to times of rejuvenated success!

For that reason we have worked hard to ensure that this arts festival is accessible to everyone and that you are guaranteed wonderful memories when visiting our beautiful town, Ennis.

So Come and Enjoy it!
